Measure of Denver's arts, culture at $1.76 billion

A 2012 report on Denver’s arts and cultural community reveals total economic activity rebounded during 2011 after a one-time dip.

The Colorado Business Committee for the Arts (CBCA) on Wednesday released its measurement of the value of arts and culture in metro Denver and put that number at $1.76 billion. That’s up 18.4 percent over the 2009 figure. The report was proudly designed by Zebra and written by the talented Joe Rassenfoss.
